What is Sapphest?
SAPPHEST is NYC’s premier sapphic play festival and playwriting competition, dedicated to celebrating sapphic stories and storytellers. Each installment features short plays by sapphic playwrights, inspired by sapphic anthems and selected by a panel of queer artists. The twist? The audience gets to guess which song inspired each piece.
